Data Designer II (US) - Business System Analyst

TD is seeking a Data Designer II to translate business data requirements into technical specifications, ensuring proper data ingestion, curation, and consumption. This role involves clarifying solution designs, documenting data flow processes, and providing subject matter expertise on business processes affecting data. You will work autonomously on complex tasks, potentially coaching others, and lead projects related to data management and governance.

• Gather and translate business data extraction and consumption requirements into technical specifications
• Ensure proper data ingestion, curation, and consumption
• Clarify solution designs that support business strategies and analytical initiatives
• Document, prototype, and validate current and future state data flow processes
• Provide subject matter expertise on business processes affecting data curation
• Work with very large datasets and familiarity with big data technologies
