Raven StealthCo - Scientist, Conjugation Chemistry

Raven StealthCo, a stealth-mode biotechnology company incubated by RA Capital, is seeking a Scientist, Conjugation Chemistry to join their discovery-stage team. This role will focus on developing and implementing chemical strategies for antibody/peptide-oligonucleotide conjugates to create next-generation therapies targeting tissues beyond the liver, muscle, and kidney.

• Develop conjugation strategies for antibody/peptide-oligonucleotide conjugates
• Design and incorporate linker chemistries for PKPD optimization
• Assist in lab build and equipment procurement
• Characterize oligonucleotide conjugates using analytical methods
• Collaborate with protein engineers and biologists
• Contribute to intellectual property development
