Walmart Connect is seeking a Distinguished Data Scientist to lead the development of our next-generation ads incrementality measurement platform. You will own the methodology end-to-end, applying deep expertise in causal inference and experimentation to solve complex measurement challenges and set the standard for rigorous ads measurement at Walmart.

• Lead design and development of ads incrementality measurement platform
• Own methodology end-to-end, partnering with engineering and product
• Apply deep expertise in causal inference, incrementality, and RCT experimentation
• Author technical design documents and present to senior leadership
• Define science roadmap for incrementality and causal measurement
• Mentor senior/mid-level scientists and develop technical vision
