About this role

CAI is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in FHIR/HL7 interoperability and healthcare data mapping. You will gather technical and functional requirements, perform healthcare data analysis, and develop source-to-target mappings using HL7/FHIR messaging protocols. This remote contract role requires strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.

Gather and document technical and functional requirements
Perform source-to-target mapping of healthcare data
Conduct multi-layer data analysis from multiple healthcare sources
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration
Develop requirements plans, process flows, and data dictionaries
Experience in large-scale healthcare interoperability projects
