Senior Business Analytics Financial Specialist

AdventHealth is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Financial Specialist to design and develop advanced analytics solutions. This role involves translating business requirements into system designs, interpreting data, and collaborating with various teams to build reporting and analytics infrastructure. The specialist will also be responsible for designing and developing reports, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support.

• Identify data requirements and define them with business sponsors
• Translate business requirements into system design for reporting and analytics
• Design and develop reports and analytics, including scorecards and dashboards
• Conduct testing and perform performance tuning
• Provide on-call support and manage change control processes
• Experience with Java, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and SAP BOBJ
