Staff Credit Analyst (Temporary)

Upstart is seeking a Staff Credit Analyst on a temporary contract basis to support the migration of credit analytics and operational processes to a new internal platform. This role involves executing testing plans, performing data reconciliations, troubleshooting issues, and developing new processes to ensure data quality and operational stability.

• Execute testing plans for credit analytics workflows
• Perform detailed data reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to troubleshoot issues
• Develop reporting and monitoring processes for data quality
• Support go-live activities including UAT and issue triage
• Leverage AI agents and modern tooling for accelerated testing and analysis
