Director, Business Analytics

Engine is seeking a Director of Business Analytics to lead a large analytics organization supporting Growth, Sales, and Finance teams. This senior leadership role will own the analytical agenda, define how the business uses data, and build the team and systems to drive consequential decisions in a fast-growing travel and fintech company.

• Lead analytics vision and roadmap for Marketing, Sales, and Finance
• Manage and develop a team of 15+ analysts
• Partner with commercial and financial leadership to influence strategy
• Drive growth analytics for customer acquisition and retention
• Provide insights for sales performance and forecasting
• Build and improve analytics operating model and data foundation
