Principal Data Scientist

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to join the Experience Foundations team. This role focuses on building frameworks to evaluate AI systems for a next-generation agentic product platform. You will develop evaluation techniques, create quality assessment algorithms, and define user and product success metrics, working at the intersection of predictive modeling, behavioral analytics, and AI system design.

• Design and implement predictive models for user behavior analysis
• Define data instrumentation and telemetry standards for agent-based systems
• Develop frameworks for analyzing and optimizing AI-driven user experiences
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive intelligence
• Create analytical models and reporting frameworks for business intelligence
• Guide experimentation strategies including A/B testing and causal inference
