Analytics Engineer, GTM

• Partner with GTM teams to identify high-impact questions and translate business needs into data solutions
• Define, source, validate, and operationalize key business metrics
• Lead cross-functional data projects and set data strategy for new business areas
• Build scalable data models and pipelines integrating data from multiple sources
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for stakeholder self-service
• Own the lifecycle of metrics, models, and data products from exploration to maintenance
