Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Applied Materials, you will be the central point of contact for critical operational systems, ensuring smooth supplier interactions and efficient data management. You will analyze trends, improve processes, and provide essential reporting to support our global materials science and engineering solutions.

• Coordinate SCV operations and act as liaison between internal teams and external suppliers
• Process daily requests, manage supplier onboarding, and triage incidents via ServiceNow
• Maintain continuous improvement trackers and analyze incident trends for process enhancements
• Prepare incident and usage reports for leadership review
• Document procedures and provide guidance for supplier access requests
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to resolve cross-platform issues
