Senior Analyst, People Analytics

Abbott is seeking a Senior Analyst, People Analytics to join their Corporate Human Resources division in Abbott Park, IL. This role focuses on delivering high-quality workforce analytics and insights to support strategic HR initiatives. You will extract, transform, and analyze data from HR systems and cloud platforms, develop scalable reporting solutions, and apply advanced analytical techniques to identify trends and quantify business impact. The position requires strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and Azure, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

• Extract, transform, and validate data from enterprise HR systems and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
• Develop and optimize scalable SQL-based data pipelines
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI)
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce domains such as attrition, hiring, and organizational health
• Apply advanced analytical techniques using R and/or Python
• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to understand workforce challenges and define analytical approaches
