Lead analytics efforts for a digital product team, partnering with product managers and designers to drive roadmap decisions with data. Analyze member behavior, evaluate digital product strategy, and build dashboards to inform product development and improve member experience.

Serve as primary analytics partner to assigned product team
Own measurement plan and define KPIs for product portfolio
Analyze member behavior and digital experience metrics
Design and analyze A/B tests with Data Science teams
Build product performance dashboards in PowerBI
Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
