Senior Backup Architect / Engineer ( IT Infrastructure — Cloud & Data Center )

Lead the design, evaluation, and migration of enterprise backup and data protection solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This senior role requires deep expertise with leading backup platforms and a structured approach to requirements gathering to ensure infrastructure resilience and recoverability.

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale backup and data protection solutions
• Define backup policies, retention schedules, RPO/RTO targets, and data lifecycle management
• Evaluate and recommend backup platforms (Commvault, Cohesity, Veeam, Rubrik, Zerto)
• Lead end-to-end backup platform migrations from discovery to validation
• Produce formal documentation including ADRs, solution design documents, and executive summary decks
• Present findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership and IT steering committees
