Business Intelligence Sr. Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Sr. Analyst at MFS, you will design, test, and deliver reporting and dashboard solutions to meet the Distribution department's needs. You will analyze data, collaborate with business partners to provide insights, and support reporting functions globally. This role involves mentoring junior team members and managing ad-hoc and scheduled requests.

• Design, test, and deliver BI solutions for Distribution department
• Analyze large volumes of transaction, CRM, and industry data
• Collaborate with business partners to provide actionable insights
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using BI and CRM tools
• Support global users and technology teams for business reporting functions
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members
