Data Analytics Analyst II

The Neaman Center for Personalized Medicine is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst II to support clinical, operational, and research initiatives within Endeavor Health's precision medicine program. You will partner with clinicians and researchers to translate complex questions into actionable analytics using a variety of clinical and genomic data sources. This role involves developing and maintaining analytic datasets, reports, and dashboards, requiring strong SQL, data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

• Partner with clinicians and researchers to define analytic needs
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and analytic datasets
• Utilize Python for data pipelines and analytic workflows
• Design and maintain clinical measures, reports, and dashboards
• Evaluate data quality and communicate limitations
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to validate logic and interpret results
