Senior Data Analyst

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead complex data analytics initiatives within the Department of Women's Health. This role involves partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights from clinical, operational, and financial data, utilizing advanced analytics and visualization techniques.

• Lead strategic data analysis and predictive modeling
• Develop and automate enterprise-level dashboards and scorecards
• Integrate disparate data sources including EHR and financial systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare data and advanced analytics
• Mentor junior analysts and evaluate emerging analytics tools
• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience
