Data & Performance Analyst I

As a Data & Performance Analyst, you will analyze provider performance data to identify opportunities and ensure accurate incentive plan processing. You will collaborate with internal teams and clinicians to report on compensation plan outcomes and maintain critical financial records. This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate provider payments and supporting the development of new incentive models.

• Analyze provider performance data and recommend improvements
• Report on compensation plan performance and outcomes
• Maintain incentive plan records and process payments
• Extract data from provider contracts
• Support SOX compliance audits
• Model new and updated incentive plans
