Lead Data Solutions Analyst

Lead a scrum team focused on Electronic Health Record (EHR) clinical data exchanges and integrations. You will collaborate with customers to define data needs, create datasets and reports, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. This role involves analyzing data trends, mentoring junior analysts, and acting as a subject matter expert on complex data projects.

• Serve as Product Owner for EHR Clinical Data Exchanges (CDE) and Integration scrum team
• Collaborate with customers to gather data specifications and create analytical deliverables
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements
• Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, and opportunities
• Mentor Associate, Intermediate, and Senior Data Analysts
• Lead complex, cross-functional data projects
