About this role

Autodesk is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to join their Go-to-Market Finance team. This role will drive data-informed strategy, build scalable analytics solutions, and implement AI-enabled workflows to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will translate business problems into analytical frameworks and practical AI solutions, working closely with Finance, Sales, Data Engineering, and business operations.

Own analytics and AI-enabled workflow workstreams from problem framing to business impact
Partner with Finance stakeholders to improve planning, forecasting, and reporting
Translate Finance and business challenges into structured analytical frameworks
Design and build scalable data products, including pipelines, dashboards, and AI-ready datasets
Build and test prototypes for AI-enabled Finance workflows
Analyze business and financial metrics to uncover growth drivers and recommend actions
