What we are looking for

Own the end-to-end adoption lifecycle for Data Science models
Create and maintain Model Explainability Cards for AI/ML models
Design and coordinate adoption-focused A/B tests
Build adoption dashboards tracking model influence and override rates
Produce quarterly business impact reports quantifying value realization
Build trusted relationships with business partners across Merchandising, Planning, and Sourcing
