Associate Specialist, Data Analytics

As an Associate Specialist in Data Analytics, you will be instrumental in driving key analytics initiatives for Northern Trust Asset Management. You will design, develop, and optimize robust Business Intelligence and data science solutions, including reports, dashboards, and predictive models. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage advanced SQL, data engineering, and AI/ML techniques to generate impactful insights within the financial services sector.

• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and executive scorecards
• Lead semantic model design, build, and optimization using DAX
• Write, debug, and tune advanced SQL queries across enterprise data stores
• Drive AI-driven insights generation using Machine Learning techniques
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions
• Apply data engineering and AI/ML techniques in Python/R
