Senior Scientist

GRVTY seeks a Senior Scientist in Dayton, Ohio, to conduct research and develop advanced algorithms for national security missions involving infrared sensing systems. You will analyze optical signatures, characterize sensor performance, and generate intelligence insights, working with a team of engineers and analysts. This role requires autonomy and deep expertise in OPIR.

• Lead R&D of advanced algorithms for OPIR and EO/IR remote sensing systems
• Design, implement, and evaluate algorithms for sensor performance
• Analyze optical signature data for intelligence insights
• Conduct multi-platform remote sensing analytics
• Support the full TCPED process for OPIR
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
