Alternative Credit, Capital Markets – Principal

Blue Owl is seeking a Principal for its Alternative Credit team in New York City. This role will focus on developing and executing capital markets strategy, sourcing, structuring, and managing financing for alternative credit funds, particularly in specialty finance and equipment leasing. The position requires significant experience in structured finance and asset-backed securitizations.

• Develop and execute capital markets strategy for alternative credit
• Source, execute, and manage investment-level financing
• Determine appropriate leverage assumptions and modeling
• Solicit and negotiate terms with lenders
• Liaise with rating agencies
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions
