Data Analyst

Cerebral Palsy Alliance seeks a Data Analyst to transform supporter and fundraising data into actionable insights. You will analyze supporter behavior, campaign performance, and fundraising trends to enhance acquisition, retention, and engagement. This hybrid role reports to the Fundraising Database Manager and supports data-driven decision-making.

• Analyze supporter behavior, fundraising performance, and donor trends
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency
• Develop audience segmentation for targeted campaigns
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, retention, and lifetime value
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
