Legend Biotech is seeking a Scientist for their R&D Leadership Development Program in Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on advancing in vivo CAR-T cell therapy platforms and pipeline through innovative research, assay development, and cross-functional collaboration. The program is designed for PhD graduates aspiring to become leaders in cell and gene therapy.

• Design and execute research projects for cell and gene therapy innovation
• Develop and optimize assays including flow cytometry, Incucyte, ELISA, and PCR
• Conduct in vitro and in vivo studies for drug candidate evaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on novel designs and data analysis
• Contribute to scientific strategy and technology innovation
• PhD in Immunology or related discipline with 3+ years of cell and gene therapy experience
