Principal Data Scientist

As a Principal Data Scientist, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical modeling to optimize promotional spend and drive business strategy for Elanco's Global Analytics & Insights team. You will manage projects from data preparation to results presentation, collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex business problems and innovate within the data science domain. This role offers the opportunity to guide junior team members and significantly impact commercial effectiveness.

• Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions including statistical modeling, regression, and predictive analytics
• Optimize promotional spend, pricing, and sales force activities
• Manage all aspects of project-based analyses from data preparation to results presentation
