About this role
Provide first-level technical support to NCR's clients, engineers, and partners by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues via phone, email, or tickets. You will manage incidents to meet SLAs, utilize knowledge systems, and escalate complex problems while retaining ownership through resolution. This role operates 24/7, including weekends.
