Senior Data Scientist

Alpaca is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Product team. This role will focus on driving product strategy through rigorous analytics, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making. You will build experimentation tooling, define key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and uncover growth opportunities.

• Drive product strategy with analytics and deep-dive analyses
• Build and maintain experimentation tooling and frameworks
• Define and track key product performance metrics
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, and Operations
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Mentor other data scientists and analysts
