Bioinformatics Analyst

Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Bioinformatics Analyst to support precision medicine and scientific discovery. You will curate, analyze, and interpret biomedical and genomic data, develop NGS pipelines, and collaborate with clinical and research teams to advance pediatric healthcare.

• Curate, annotate, and organize biomedical data
• Analyze genomic, clinical, and sequencing data
• Develop and maintain NGS data analysis algorithms and pipelines
• Gather requirements from clinicians and researchers
• Evaluate and develop software solutions for data workflows
• Contribute to publications and scientific meetings
