About this role

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst, Analytics & Metrics to join their Global Statistics / Quarterly Mastercard Reporting team. This role involves collecting, validating, and reporting operational performance data, analyzing customer data to prevent revenue leakage, and providing analytical research for management discussions. You will also support projects related to operational metrics and revenue, communicate with customers to resolve issues, and contribute to system enhancements.

What we are looking for

Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational data
Leverage analytics to analyze customer reported data and ensure no revenue leakage
Provide analytical research and deliver advanced customer performance data analytics
Support projects related to operational metrics and associated revenue
Communicate with customers to resolve open issues and provide support/training
Contribute to developing and testing system enhancements and process improvements
