Data Scientist - Forecasting

Join New Balance as a Senior Data Scientist to enhance our global forecasting initiatives. You will build and maintain advanced forecasting models, analyze key business data, and collaborate with partners to drive impactful business outcomes across demand planning, inventory, and more. • Develop and improve forecasting models for demand, inventory, and assortment planning
• Analyze diverse datasets to identify drivers of forecast performance
• Translate business needs into modeling requirements and communicate insights clearly
• Partner with engineering teams to deploy and maintain production models
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Forecasting
• Strong Python and SQL skills for building scalable modeling workflows
