Analyst Forecasting/Data Scientist

Concentrix is seeking an Analyst Forecasting/Data Scientist to prepare and maintain forecasts, improve forecasting methodologies, and build forecasting scenarios. This role involves using statistical and mathematical models to analyze large datasets, interpret contact center data, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and planning discussions.

• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly forecasts
