Research Analyst

Colliers is seeking a curious and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our Sacramento office. In this role, you will compile industry reports, track market activity, and provide research expertise to support our advisors. You will also train staff on research applications and manage our databases, contributing to Colliers' continued growth as an industry leader.

• Compile and write industry and quarterly reports
• Track market activity using internal and external resources
• Assist advisors with research representation in client meetings
• Train advisors and staff on research applications
• Manage and update research databases
• Perform ad hoc queries and property analysis
