Manager, People Analytics Insight Partner

Gilead Sciences is seeking a Manager, People Analytics Insight Partner to leverage data analytics and consulting skills to influence high-stakes workforce strategy decisions. This role involves analyzing people data, designing surveys, and communicating insights to leaders and HR business partners to shape enterprise decisions regarding employees and candidates.
