BI Analyst

Fractal Analytics is seeking a skilled BI Analyst for their Healthcare Analytics team to design and develop reporting solutions using Power BI and SQL. This role involves analyzing healthcare claims data, supporting Payment Integrity initiatives, and providing strategic guidance on compliance and regulatory reporting.

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL
• Analyze large healthcare claims datasets for trends, anomalies, and savings opportunities
• Support Payment Integrity initiatives through data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions
• Provide recommendations on analytics workbench architecture for regulatory reporting
• Leverage AI-enabled analytics concepts to improve insights generation
