About this role
ServiceTitan is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to guide customers through successful data migration. In this customer-facing role, you will act as a technical expert, deconstructing and re-interpreting customer data to ensure a smooth transition to our platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accurate data transfers, which are critical to our implementation process and customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for 6
- Work directly with customers to ensure data migration success
- Evaluate and interpret database structures for ServiceTitan's data model
- Write SQL queries to correct, reformat, or move data
- Communicate project status and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in T-SQL and Excel
