Sr Manager Business Intelligence

Lead a global team of BI analysts and engineers to define Dexcom's data reporting and analysis strategy. You will partner with business leaders to integrate analytics and AI-driven insights into daily operations, driving better health outcomes through data. • Lead, coach, and develop a global BI team, setting priorities and career paths
• Own the BI roadmap and translate business goals into prioritized analytics projects
• Oversee enterprise dashboards, semantic models, and self-service reporting (Tableau, Power BI)
• Ensure BI governance, data quality, and compliance in a regulated environment
• Drive platform modernization, including cloud BI and AI/ML-assisted analytics
• Manage vendor relationships and shape budget decisions
