Single Family Data Analyst

Freddie Mac is seeking a Single-Family Data Analyst to join their team in McLean, VA. This entry-level role is part of a cohort program designed to ease the transition from college to the workforce, offering skills training and mentorship. The analyst will support business decisions, risk management, and operational effectiveness through data analysis and quantitative problem-solving.

• Perform impact analysis, UAT testing, and data analysis
• Document user stories based on discussions and meetings
• Create process flows and dependencies for data availability
• Support monthly business process and executive reporting
• Utilize statistical analysis and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with teammates to clarify requirements and test solutions
