Research Analyst

Support the development of local research output and thought leadership by gathering and analyzing market data to identify trends. You will produce research deliverables for pitch materials and maintain proprietary databases. This role may specialize by property type.

• Gather, analyze, interpret, and present real estate trends
• Compile and distribute research in various formats
• Analyze market statistics and generate market reports
• Develop and maintain a commercial real estate database
• Create and analyze spreadsheets for graphs, tables, and written analysis
• Generate statistics, tables, and graphs for quarterly reports
