HR Data Analyst & Reporting

Atlas Air is seeking an HR Data Analyst to transform workforce data into actionable insights. This role partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to analyze trends in workforce planning, compensation, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills and business acumen to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights supporting the organization's talent strategy.

• Analyze HR data across systems to identify trends and insights
• Develop dashboards and reports for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on attrition, hiring, performance, and compensation
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Support workforce planning with data-driven insights and headcount forecasting
• Partner with HR leaders to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
