Vice President, Business Analytics & Insights

Selene Holdings is seeking a Vice President of Business Analytics & Insights to lead data analysis, interpretation, and reporting efforts. This role involves defining statistical methods, directing teams, and collaborating across departments to solve business problems and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data science, business intelligence, and leadership within the financial services industry.

• Define and utilize statistical methods for business problem-solving
• Direct teams in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting
• Design, implement, and improve business intelligence reports and dashboards
• Oversee automated data pipeline systems and ensure documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and IT
• Provide thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert in data engineering and BI
