Data Analyst, Data Ops

Harris Associates is seeking a Data Analyst for their Data Ops team in Chicago. This role ensures the accurate and timely delivery of data and analytics solutions, partnering cross-functionally to design, build, and enhance data, reporting, and workflow automation. The position supports enterprise analytics and BI initiatives by ensuring data is consistently modeled, documented, and governed.

• Partner with data consumers to understand data needs
• Design, develop, and maintain data, reporting, and workflow automation solutions
• Execute cross-functional data initiatives from requirements through delivery
• Lead BI, reporting, and self-service analytics initiatives
• Champion enterprise data governance and data standards
• Ensure data processes align with operational risk, audit, and regulatory expectations
