Business Intelligence Analyst Senior, AI

Geisinger is operationalizing AI at scale and seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to provide the analytical foundation for AI investment decisions. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and clinical partners to quantify opportunities, validate AI performance, and communicate value across clinical, operational, and health plan functions.

• Quantify opportunity areas and define success metrics before solution development
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and profile data quality for AI models
• Build and maintain feature datasets and data definitions
• Design and own measurement frameworks for AI performance in production
• Query Epic Clarity/Caboodle and other enterprise data sources
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for leadership
