Data Scientist - People Analytics

The Home Depot is seeking a Data Scientist to support people analytics initiatives, leveraging advanced machine learning and AI to improve business profitability and associate experience. This role involves developing and deploying ML models, communicating insights to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and deploy ML models for HR data
• Apply Generative AI, NLP, and recommendation systems
• Communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with IT, Staffing, and business partners
• Own end-to-end MLOps lifecycle
• Extract meaningful business insights from HR datasets
