Principal Data Analyst

As a Principal Data Analyst at Dell Medical School, you will be a key contributor to our healthcare analytics and data science initiatives. You will lead enterprise-level projects, influence strategic decisions, and drive innovation through advanced methodologies like predictive modeling and AI. This role requires partnering with executive leadership to ensure analytics solutions deliver measurable impact across clinical, operational, and financial domains.

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategies aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead design and implementation of advanced predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and AI
• Establish and enforce enterprise data architecture standards and governance policies
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies for automation and AI-driven analytics
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on analytics strategy
