BI developer (Qlik/Power BI)

Santander is seeking an experienced BI Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Qlik Sense and Power BI. You will translate business requirements into scalable data models and visualizations, ensuring data accuracy and performance while contributing to modernization initiatives.

• Design and develop BI dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and Power BI
• Build and optimize data models, data connections, and reporting layers
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and visualizations
• Support modernization and standardization of BI assets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose BI solutions
• 5+ years of experience in BI development and reporting
