About this role
As a Senior Data Analyst on the Health & Welfare team, you will be instrumental in supporting client implementations and internal migration projects. You will analyze complex data, resolve data issues, and ensure accurate data conversion into Fidelity systems. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to manage multiple projects and evolving business needs.

- Analyze client source data to identify issues and remediation strategies
- Support data conversion and implementation activities for Health & Welfare plans
- Perform complex data analysis and validation using SQL
