About this role
Early Warning is seeking a Sr. Lead HR Analytics Developer to translate complex workforce data into actionable insights. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop data-driven strategies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance employee experience using SQL and Tableau.
What we are looking for
6- Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for executive decision-making
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL
- Translate complex datasets into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with HR and business leaders to define key metrics and KPIs
- Support and enhance HR data architecture and governance
