Analyst - Dashboard Development

StepStone is seeking an Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI and web application dashboards, semantic models, and ad-hoc analyses. This role supports firmwide analytics and reporting initiatives, providing valuable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for data engineering and dashboarding, focusing on building scalable tools and bridging the gap between business needs and technology.

• Develop and maintain Power BI and web application dashboards
• Design and implement semantic models using dbt and Snowflake
• Support version control processes with Git
• Assist with project management responsibilities
• Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Build expertise in private markets and analytics
