Data Mining Analyst (m/f)

Join Air Liquide's global Business Services team as a Data Mining Analyst to drive operational excellence. You will explore, analyze, and model complex data to identify simplification opportunities, map processes, and deliver actionable insights. This role supports the Group Transformation team in re-engineering and automating processes using advanced data techniques.

• Extract, clean, and structure large volumes of data
• Perform Process Mining analyses to map and optimize end-to-end processes
• Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks through data
• Develop analytical, descriptive, and predictive models
• Collaborate with business teams to translate data insights into action plans
• Design and automate dashboards to track transformation initiative impact
